Shipping

Our shipping schedule is Monday - Wednesday - Friday (except for weekends and holidays).

All orders are personally packaged and delivered by me to the USPS for shipment.  Each order is packaged in a small gift box and then packaged in shipping boxes padded with extra tissue.  All packing materials are brand new, environmentally friendly, and made from recycled sources.

USA orders:  
Free shipping on all USA orders.
Shipping via USPS 1st class mail with tracking takes an average of 4-7 days.

International Orders (including Canada): 

Shipping is $16.00 and $1.00 each additional item.
All international orders are shipped via USPS 1st Class International Mail without tracking.  Tracking is only available with International Priority and Global Express Mail.

Shipping time varies depending on customs and mail service in your country.  These are not guarantees, but are the average shipping times:
Canada - 6-10 days.
United Kingdom - 7-10 days.
Australia - 7-10 days.
Europe - 10-14 days.
Asia - 14-20 days.
Russia - 14-20 days.

Please note that VAT Taxes and other Import/Duty taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.  These taxes/fees will be charged once the order enters your country.  If you are in the United Kingdom, you will be charged VAT tax as well as an additional Royal Mail Service Fee.

Returns

Returns are gladly accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.  Please notify me by email if you wish to make a return.  Returns are only accepted for items that are in their original condition and unworn.  Refunds are minus original and return shipping fees.
